  Sa Rota is a stately XVIII-century residence embedded

• center of Majorca. It is built on the top
• of a hill which overlooks a
• beautiful valley and the island’s northern mountain range.

• fig, carob, almond, and fruit trees as well as
• a beautiful forest of pine
• trees and holm oaks. The peaceful country setting assures

• its adjacent buildings, today transformed into

• restored with materials that are typical of the indigenous
• architecture. Rooms are decorated in typical
• Majorcan style, both simple and traditional, with home-made elements
• and antique furniture restored by the
• owner of the house, resulting into a well-balanced blend
• of tradition and comfort.
